Greenhouse Plants

• We offer a 48-hour return window for greenhouse plants.
• Since plants are living things, we cannot guarantee them beyond our care. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for plants that have been damaged due to weather or customer mishandling.
• Please inspect your plants upon purchase and let us know right away if there are any issues.
• Please bring your receipt for proof of purchase.

Perishable Packaged Food Items

• Perishable food items may be returned within 48 hours if there are any quality concerns.
• Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

Merchandise

• Non-perishable merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 1 week of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging. Books must be in their original packaging.
• Please bring your receipt for proof of purchase.

A Few Notes

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Store credit or exchanges are also available if preferred.
• We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
